Axis Group in Belgium seeks a Property Law Attorney to advise notaries and liaise with government agencies. You’ll apply expertise in contract and property law to translate complex cases into clear legal documents and contribute to publications.

The role requires a Master’s degree in law, legal sector experience, and fluency in Dutch and/or French with knowledge of the other language. A flexible, home-friendly arrangement and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law is required.
• Experience in the legal sector is required.
• Notarial practice master’s degree is preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French; good knowledge of the other language.

Responsibilities

• Provide written advice to notaries and their teams, helping them find legally sound solutions.
• Maintain constructive relationships with government agencies and other stakeholders.
• Translate expertise into articles for legal journals and publications.
• Address topics related to contract law and property law in notarial activities.
• Focus on matters such as purchase and sale, ground leases, building rights, usufruct, condominium co-ownership, and powers of attorney.
