Overview

Medior Project Manager

Location: Brussels area (hybrid)

Language: Dutch or French (with a strong understanding of the other)

Contract type: Permanent / Full-time

Perm - Not freelance

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery — from the initial project charter to final handover to service.
  • Set up and maintain the project structure, governance, and reporting across all levels (budget, scope, timing, risks, benefits, quality, etc.).
  • Work closely with architecture and security teams, as well as external partners when relevant, to design suitable technical and organizational solutions.
  • Ensure that all project activities are executed in line with internal guidelines, methodologies, and standards (methodological, architectural, security, change & release management).
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment between direct and indirect stakeholders.
  • When applicable, lead procurement procedures in collaboration with purchasing departments.
  • Contribute to improving internal project methodologies by sharing your experience and best practices.
  • Support the implementation of defined change actions and provide guidance to internal teams during adoption.
Your profile
  • You hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent through experience).
  • You have proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience in change management is a strong asset.
  • You are familiar with project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, or similar) or are willing to learn.
  • You have strong analytical and organizational skills and are comfortable working with multiple priorities.
  • You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You are client- and service-oriented, precise, and structured in your approach.
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch or French, with a good understanding of the other language.
  • You have a good working knowledge of English.
