Role Description

The Project Planner is a full-time, on‑site role based in Geel, supporting project teams on construction and infrastructure projects. The person in this role develops and maintains detailed project schedules, including work breakdown structures, dependencies, resource planning, and key milestones. They monitor progress against the plan, analyze schedule performance, and prepare clear reports and forecasts to support decision‑making. The Project Planner collaborates closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities, and to propose practical recovery or optimisation measures. Daily activities also include contributing to project control processes, ensuring data accuracy, facilitating effective communication within the team, and supporting continuous improvement in planning practices.
