Amaris Consulting is seeking a Project Manager – Renewable Energy in Liège to oversee photovoltaic installations from planning to execution. You will coordinate on-site teams with management and ensure budget adherence in a small, agile environment.

You should bring 7+ years of energy sector experience, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, and PM certifications. French and English fluency are required; remote work up to two days weekly is possible.

• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years as a Project Manager in energy
• Experience in electricity/renewable energy projects
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanics
• PM methodologies; Prince2/PMP a plus
• Fluent in French and English

Project Manager – Renewable Energy F/M/X

Permanent Job

You will join our team in Liège as a Project Manager specializing in renewable energy. In this role, you will coordinate photovoltaic panel projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, and on-site activities. You will interact directly with operational teams and management, ensuring project success in a small, agile structure where autonomy and organization are key. Your experience in electrical project management will be essential to drive the project from conception to completion.

Your missions:

• Develop and manage project planning and scheduling for photovoltaic installations
• Oversee project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met
• Coordinate project activities between on-site teams and management
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Facilitate communication between operational staff and executive management
• Ensure regular site visits and hands-on project follow-up
• Implement and optimize project management processes in a small, dynamic team

Your profile:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager in the energy sector
• Experience in managing projects related to electricity, ideally in renewable energy (photovoltaics)
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanics
• Proficiency in project management methodologies; PM certification (Prince2, PMP, etc.) is a plus
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a structured and autonomous approach
• Ability to understand technical aspects of projects without necessarily having a technical background
• Compulsory: French and English fluent
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a small team environment
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both operational teams and management
• Possibility to work remotely 2 days per week.
