TALEO Consulting Group in Belgium seeks a Regulatory Project Lead to drive regulatory initiatives within Life Insurance and Financial Services. You will translate complex requirements into practical business and IT solutions, coordinating across Compliance, Legal, Actuarial and IT teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes knowledge of FSMA, NBB, Solvency II and IDD, with fluency in French and professional English, and a track record of delivering under tight deadlines in regulated

• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and regulatory frameworks.
• Able to translate regulatory requirements into practical business and IT solutions.

• Lead regulatory projects from scoping to implementation, including impact assessments and roadmaps.
• Translate regulatory requirements into business and IT requirements.
• Adapt life insurance products, processes and documentation to regulatory requirements.

• Monitor deadlines, risks and delivery; prepare dashboards and governance documentation.

Required profile.

• Proven Project Management experience within Life Insurance or Financial Services, including complex regulatory environments
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products
• Good understanding of Belgian/EU regulatory frameworks, particularly FSMA, NBB, Solvency II and IDD
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business and IT solutions
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently under tight deadlines
• Languages: fluent French, professional English
• Nice to have: Dutch, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification, ESG and AML regulatory topics, commercial and distribution projects in Life Insurance
