Everience Benelux in Brussels is seeking an experienced PMO to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation in Belgium. The role focuses on coordinating and monitoring data cleansing activities to ensure readiness for migration and testing cycles.

You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Master Data and IT stakeholders, maintain the data cleansing plan, track KPIs, and escalate risks as needed to keep the project on schedule in a dynamic IT/business transformation environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years PMO or project coordination experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA data cleansing and migration.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in a large organisation.
• Strong follow-up, organisation and communication skills.
• Autonomous and proactive in IT/business transformations.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation project in Belgium.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring data cleansing activities in preparation for the migration from legacy systems to a new SAP S/4HANA environment.

You will work closely with multiple business and IT stakeholders to ensure that data is properly cleansed, validated and ready for upcoming migration and testing cycles.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate data cleansing activities within the Belgian scope.
• Maintain and monitor the overall data cleansing plan, milestones and action plans.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Master Data, Operations and other business stakeholders.
• Organise regular follow-up meetings and monitor progress against agreed targets.
• Support business teams in understanding data cleansing rules, priorities and remediation actions.
• Consolidate KPIs, dashboards and status reports related to data quality.
• Identify bottlenecks, dependencies and risks that may impact project progress or data quality.
• Escalate delays, resource constraints and critical data quality issues when required.
• Ensure alignment between local data cleansing activities and data migration requirements.
• Work closely with data migration, master data and business process teams to ensure migration readiness.
• Coordinate readiness assessments for data loads and testing phases.
• Monitor corrective action plans following data quality reviews.
• Ensure that project documentation, procedures and supporting evidence are properly maintained.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination or project follow-up.
• Solid experience working with SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA, with an understanding of data cleansing and migration activities.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in a complex organisation.
• Strong project follow-up and organisational skills.
• Ability to monitor deadlines rigorously and proactively follow up on actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to motivate and coordinate multiple stakeholders involved in a project.
• Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working in an IT and business transformation environment.
