The Project Manager Fleet Interventions is responsible for the end-to-end execution of the scope of work for a vessel intervention period (maintenance, repair, mobilisation, conversion, installation of mission equipment, ..) and redelivery. This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to stringent quality and safety standards, while also obtaining high vessel performance and reliability post-redelivery.

We are looking for highly skilled professionals to join our team in various roles, including:

• Cable Lay Superintendent: responsible for the loading, transporting and installation of subsea cables on board of one of our offshore vessels.
• Category Buyer: working on a tactical level in procurement of services and goods within assigned commodities.
• Technical Works Manager: optimizing fleet intervention projects, ensuring schedules align with production priorities and are executed seamlessly.
• Reliability Engineer: leading the proactive enhancement of our asset reliability, developing, implementing and overseeing maintenance strategies.
• Group Controller – Consolidation & Reporting: contributing to quarterly financial closings, statutory consolidation and management reporting.
• IoT Engineer: supporting and growing our data logging infrastructure, troubleshooting network issues, and implementing cybersecurity best practices.
• Party Chief: responsible for all survey activities on board, leading the team of surveyors.
• Vessel Manager: responsible for the overall management and operational performance of one or more Dredging or Offshore vessels within DEME’s fleet.
