Job summary

Pauwels Consulting is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of telecom infrastructure projects. You will act as the main escalation point for issues, drive delivery, and ensure milestones are met while coordinating with design, planning, and operations to meet customer commitments.

The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and fluency in English (Dutch knowledge preferred).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience managing telecom infrastructure projects including fiber delivery, civil works, splicing, and rollout.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and customer-facing environments.
• Risk management and escalation management expertise.
• Strong technical affinity for network deployment activities.
• Able to work independently in dynamic environments and take ownership.
