Project Manager Role

The Project Manager is responsible for servicing the needs of our emerging and core clients by delivering FFM media products. This role ensures customer expectations are met in terms of quality, timelines, and costs. Program Management (PM) is a service-oriented team focused on executing customer projects involving bioscience products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand customer needs and advocate for their interests, maintaining strong customer relationships.
2. Serve as the primary internal contact for questions or issues related to contractual obligations.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Provide demand signals through SAP IBP forecasting based on product type or customer requirements.
5. Coordinate successful visits or business reviews.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in life sciences or business administration.
2. Proficiency in managing information across various business systems (e.g., ERP, SFDC, Trackwise, DMS, SharePoint).
3. Project management certification.
4. Working proficiency in English and French.
