Profile Project Manager

Do you have experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from conception to completion? Would you like to contribute to advancing sustainable waste solutions?

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, design, tendering, construction, and commissioning of engineering projects. You will ensure the projects meet safety and environmental standards while managing project costs, timelines, and team objectives effectively.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of engineering projects, including planning, coordination, design, tendering, construction and commissioning.
• Set clear objectives for the project, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Define the project scope and ensure compliance with project owner requirements.
• Regularly review all cost aspects of the project and maintain budget control.
• Provide timely and accurate progress reports to the steering committee and communicate effectively with project managers, stakeholders, and external parties.
• Ensure all HSE regulations are defined, communicated, and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Skillfully negotiate contracts and manage relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Resolve conflicts sustainably and manage project challenges proactively.
• Combine technical knowledge with business acumen to drive project success.

Requirements Project Manager

• A scientific degree in civil, bio, or industrial engineering.
• At least 10 years of industrial experience, with a preference for those who have successfully delivered EPCM projects.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with total installed costs ranging from $20 million to $100 million.
• Demonstrable commitment to and knowledge of HSE management in a project environment.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary activities and teams with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of management of change processes within project settings.
• Willingness to travel abroad up to 25% of the time.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer-focus skills.
