Intys Consulting hires Project Managers to drive client projects across Belgium in Life Sciences, Telecommunication, Energy, Retail, Automotive and more. You will integrate client teams, learn their processes and manage budgets, timelines and scope with stakeholders across functions.

We value delivery mindset, cross-cultural collaboration and proactive risk management as you lead migrations to new data platforms and oversee IT/OT data infrastructure projects in diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Master’s degree required.
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch.
• Experience leading migrations toward new data platforms.
• Solid understanding of data infrastructure, IT/OT.

Responsabilités

• Integrate client teams, learn their ways and build key stakeholder relationships.
• Engage in middle- to long-term projects, following internal rules and processes.
• Develop and take accountability for PM activities from initiation to closing.
• Define and monitor budget, deadlines, and scope.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders involved in projects.

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Integrate our client’s team, learn their ways of working and develop key relationships with your stakeholders
• Work on middle to long term projects, meeting internal rules and processes.
• Develop and take accountability for PM activities from initiation to the closing of the project:

Ensure definition/monitoring of budget, deadlines and scope

Manage stakeholders (both internal and external) involved in the projects

Create and update the planning and milestones

Coordinate and track progress of project schedule(s) against agreed milestones, costs and resources across departments

Proactively identify risks and issues

Ensure relevant and timely communication to stakeholders

• Adapt to complex situations in various industries, taking in consideration related constraints
• Apply best-in-class PM methodologies
• Integrate international and multicultural environments
• Go out of your comfort zone
• Be supported by a PM community.

And speaking of you:

• You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• You hold a Master’s degree
