Akkodis is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Engineer to manage end-to-end HVAC projects within pharmaceutical environments. You will coordinate equipment installation, start-up and validation, and ensure compliance with GMP, ISO and ICH standards.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and proficiency in Dutch and English to interact with local and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems in pharmaceutical environments is essential.
• Strong project management, coordination and documentation skills required.
• Knowledge of GMP, Six Sigma and risk assessment tools (FMEA) preferred.

You will manage HVAC and clean utilities projects, including the construction of cleanrooms, within a pharmaceutical environment. The position requires expertise in conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering to ensure designs meet internal standards and customer needs. You will coordinate equipment and piping installation, start-up, and validation, while adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards such as GMP, ISO, and ICH. The role also involves facilitating Quality Risk Assessments and generating necessary documentation

Your responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation and project management of HVAC projects
• Coordinate purchase, installation, start-up, and validation of equipment and piping
• Generate documentation such as P&IDs, functional specifications, and validation documents
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards
• Facilitate Quality Risk Assessments and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

What skills do you bring to the table?

• Higher technical education such as an Industrial or Civil Engineer degree or equivalent experience
• Relevant experience with HVAC systems in a similar position is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with assertiveness and multitasking ability
• Knowledge of GMP, Six Sigma methodology, and risk management tools like FMEA
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English is necessary for effective communication
