Discai, a Belgian-based innovator, is seeking a Junior Consultant to bridge between customers, business stakeholders and technical experts. You will support analysis, implementation and continuous improvement of our AI-powered solutions, translating business needs into practical requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and strong interest in business analysis, data, technology and AI.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, consulting, data analysis or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure complex information.
• Skilled at documenting processes, requirements and business rules clearly.
• Confident communication with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL, Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
• Curious, eager to learn and attentive to detail.
• Team player who takes ownership and is proactive.

Responsabilités

• Support workshops, interviews and analysis activities to understand customers' objectives, processes and challenges.
• Actively listen, ask the right questions, uncover needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery and Customer Success teams to design and implement solutions.
• Analyze data, identify trends and detect anomalies that generate insights.
• Support testing and validation activities to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Prepare documentation, analyses and presentations for stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer processes, product functionality and ways of working.

Technology and data only create real value when they address the right business needs. That's where you come in. As a Junior Consultant at Discai, you act as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders and technical experts.

You support the analysis, implementation and continuous improvement of Discai's AI-powered solutions. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you help understand business processes, analyse challenges and translate business needs into practical solutions.

You will join an innovative scale-up where data, AI and technology are at the heart of everything we do. Together with your colleagues, you help organisations combat financial crime, improve compliance processes and make smarter decisions through advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. Please note that this role requires you to be based in Belgium.

Your strengths?

• You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and have a strong interest in business analysis, data, technology and AI.
• You have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, functional analysis, consulting, data analysis or a similar role.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and can structure complex information effectively.
• You are skilled at documenting processes, requirements and business rules in a clear and structured way.
• You communicate confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SQL, Jira, Confluence or similar tools is a plus.
• You are curious, eager to learn and attentive to detail. New challenges motivate you.
