Job summary

MEERAB GROUP is seeking a Program Manager OT Cybersecurity (Dutch) to join our Brussels team. The role will lead and coordinate OT cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with client strategies and regulatory standards.

The position requires extensive OT cybersecurity experience, strong program management skills in an industrial setting, and fluency in Dutch and English. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with internal and external partners to safeguard critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• OT cybersecurity experience including network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, and monitoring.
• Proven project or program management experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS and IEC 62443 / NIS2 standards.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; valid Category B driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate OT cybersecurity projects at the site from analysis to delivery.
• Provide operational leadership to OT engineers, cybersecurity specialists and external partners.
• Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources while maintaining program alignment.
• Coordinate cybersecurity assessments, audits, and maturity programs.
• Report progress to operational and client management levels.
• Support implementation of cybersecurity strategy per IEC 62443, NIS2 and regulations.
• Coach and mentor engineers and project team members for quality and safety.

• Provide operational leadership to OT engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and external partners.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources while maintaining program alignment.
• Coordinate and lead cybersecurity assessments, audits, and maturity improvement programs.
• Report project progress to operational and client management levels.
• Support implementation of cybersecurity strategy in accordance with IEC 62443, NIS2 and other regulations.
• Coach and mentor engineers and project team members to ensure quality and safety.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Electromechanics, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Extensive experience in OT cybersecurity, including network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, and security monitoring.
• Proven project or program management experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS and IEC 62443 / NIS2 standards.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; valid Category B driving licence.

Nice to have

• Experience in the nuclear sector or other highly regulated environments.
• Fluency in French.
• Experience with contract and budget management.
