Job summary

delaware BeLux is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex programs from strategic conversations through delivery and sustained value. You will align C-level vision with execution plans, coordinating PMOs, project managers, and stakeholders across functions.

You’ll work in a hybrid model across Belgium, collaborating with cross-functional teams while managing multiple programs and ensuring delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and 8+ years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, program management, or business transformation.

Is there a match?

• You have a master’s degree and 8+ years of experience in management consulting, technology consulting, program management, or business transformation.
• You have led strategic or business transformation programs, or technology programs, such as ERP, digital, platforms or data and AI.
• You have financial acumen. You know the financial drivers and KPIs that C-level management uses to make decisions.
• You communicate well and facilitate well, through workshops, hybrid waterfall and agile approaches, and getting people to move together.
• You work comfortably in cross-functional environments with many stakeholders, and you handle conflict kindly but clearly.
• You’re fluent in English. You're also fluent in Dutch or in French.
