The Global Cash Management organization, established in Brussels and Paris, acts as a global competence center for the whole BNP Paribas Group since 2010. It defines the strategy and priorities of the Cash Management business worldwide. Due to the strategic importance of the activity, the Global Head of Cash Management & Trade reports directly into the BNPP Executive Committee.

International Payments Tribe is a pilot for Agile@Scale aiming to work in agile methodology in a X-Border scope (Cash Management Competence Center, ITG Transaction Cash Management, BCEF, Fortis, CIB). You are part of initiative teams that are responsible to drive large E2E initiative of International payments like major migration to a centralize payment platform, deploying innovative offers,...

• We are looking for an interim Business Initiative Leader working in close collaboration with the product team and initiative stakeholders in or outside the Tribe. Aim of the initiative is to deploy new international payments engine and offer across BNPP Corporate branches in Europe, Asia and Middle East. The project is an enabler for innovative products (GPI, blockchain, Virtual Accounts, etc…). The E2E initiative leader will manage evolutions from channel to back end with all process impacted. This initiative is requiring mandatory 10 years expertise on international payments, FX and Swift concepts.
• The main responsibilities of the business initiative leaders along the lifecycle of the initiative are :
• Onboard and drive key stakeholders : Global markets, channels, product team.
• Lead workshops of product gap analysis with different stakeholders.
• Ensure scoping of evolutions on all assets with support of IT Initiative Leader and follow deliveries of IT changes.
• Coordinate with process manager the evolution on the E2E process and impacts on the TOM.
• Be the SPOC for Product Management team during the initiative.
• Organize and lead Initiative Boards.
• Follow budget of the project.
