Arxus is seeking a Program Manager AI Transformation to turn ambitious AI plans into real business impact. The role connects people, teams and initiatives across Arxus and Cronos to deliver progress. You will create alignment, structure complex programs and report clearly on progress, risks and decisions, while coordinating external partners for successful delivery.

• Keep priorities straight across the many trajectories our architect kicks off, ensuring each one receives the right priority, sequencing and attention.
• Communicate proactively with regular updates so progress is clear without being chased.
• Align all stakeholders by bringing internal teams, tribes and customers onto the same page and surface dependencies early.
• Report to management with a concise, structured view of progress, risks and decisions needed.
• Manage external partners, acting as the main contact for subcontractors and suppliers to keep collaborations on track.
• Be the connector between people, teams and initiatives to accelerate progress.

We’re seeking a Program Manager AI Transformation who can bring structure to complexity, create alignment across teams and ensure our AI ambitions translate into real business impact. This is a highly visible role connecting people, teams and initiatives across Arxus and the wider Cronos ecosystem to deliver real progress and impact.

Responsibilities

• Keep priorities straight. Across the many trajectories our architect kicks off, ensure each one receives the right priority, sequencing and attention so effort lands where it matters most.
• Communicate proactively. Maintain a regular, proactive communication rhythm so updates are readily available without being chased.
• Align all stakeholders. Bring internal teams, tribes and customers onto the same page, surface dependencies early, and keep everyone moving in the same direction.
• Report to management. Provide leadership with a clear, honest view of progress, risks and decisions needed — concise, structured and on time.
• Manage external partners. Serve as the point of contact for subcontractors, third parties and suppliers, keeping collaborations on track and accountable.
• Be the connector. Act as the glue between people, teams and initiatives, spotting opportunities to connect expertise, align priorities and accelerate progress.
