A leading manufacturing company in Belgium is seeking a Production Planner to create efficient production schedules and monitor delivery targets. The ideal candidate will manage customer demand and inventory, serve as the point of contact for ERP-related inquiries, and liaise with other sites. This role is crucial in improving production planning at our drone manufacturing facility in Ostend, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for recording and monitoring customer demand.
• Draw up production schedules for various product lines.
• Manage system parameters needed for production planning.
• Launch and track production orders.
• Organize inventory control and management.
• Monitor and report on delivery targets.
• Point of contact for ERP system questions in production planning.
• Liaise with other sites regarding production planning and inventory management.

Description du poste

As a production planner, you will be responsible for translating customer expectations into an efficient production schedule, using our ERP system. You will monitor the progress of current production orders and ensure that predefined delivery targets are met. In addition, you will have the opportunity to improve production planning at our drone manufacturing plant in Ostend.

Your Tasks:

• You will be responsible for recording and monitoring customer demand.

• You will draw up production schedules for the various product lines.

• You manage the system parameters we need for production planning.

• You are responsible for launching and tracking production orders.

• You are responsible for organizing inventory control and management.

• You monitor and report on pre-established delivery targets.

• You are the point of contact for all questions relating to the ERP system in the area of production planning and the supply chain.

• You are also the point of contact for our other sites regarding production planning and inventory management.
