Xeryon is looking for a Planning Lead & Odoo Super User in Leuven, Belgium, to manage their operational planning and optimize their ERP system. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in planning within a manufacturing context and strong proficiency in Odoo.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination role.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is an asset.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage the operational planning cycle from S&OP to detailed production scheduling.
• Act as the company-wide Odoo Super User and optimize ERP workflows.
• Lead monthly S&OP process, balancing demand with production capacity.
