Ago Jobs & HR is seeking a Production Operator to ensure correct production processes and high-quality output with accurate expiry dates. You will start the production line, operate the filling machine, and adjust settings as required while monitoring performance and quality.

You will work in a 2-shift system: 5:55 AM–2:00 PM / 1:55 PM–10:00 PM, with responsibilities including sampling, deviations handling, and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.

• Operate filling machine and start the production process.
• Perform quality checks and take samples for lab analysis.
• Monitor machines and adjust settings as needed to maintain product quality.
• Record inspection results and follow the production schedule.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace in line with hygiene regulations.

Description du poste

As a Production Operator/Machine Operator, you are responsible for ensuring the correct production process and delivering high-quality products with a clear and accurate expiry date. You start the production process, operate the filling machine and make adjustments when necessary. You monitor the machines, perform quality checks and regularly take samples for laboratory analysis.

In the event of a malfunction, you try to solve the issue yourself or call the technician. You follow the production schedule, record inspection results and immediately take the necessary action in case of deviations. You also ensure a clean and organized workplace and comply with safety and hygiene regulations.

You will work in a 2-shift system: 5:55 AM–2:00 PM / 1:55 PM–10:00 PM.
