Job summary

SwitchGear Company nv is seeking an RMU Production Manager to ensure smooth and efficient RMU production. You will combine people management, production leadership and change management to guide your team in making improvements.

The role is a hands-on production leadership position in a fast-growing family business, with opportunities for advancement and a permanent contract. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Management experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Excel at managing people and take ownership.
• Think in terms of solutions and see opportunities for improvement.
• Structured and results-oriented approach.
• Fluent in Dutch and professional in English.

Production Manager, RMU

Are you our new production manager?

As the RMU Production Manager, you ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our RMU production. You combine people management, production management, and change management, and guide your team in making further improvements.

We are looking for a hands-on production leader with technical expertise and a sense of responsibility.

Knowledge and experience?

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience;
• You have management experience in a technical manufacturing environment;
• You excel at managing people and take ownership;
• You think in terms of solutions and see opportunities for improvement;
• You work in a structured and results-oriented manner;
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and professionally in English.
