Accent Jobs for People NV is seeking a line supervisor for the foil/packaging/labeling machine line in Belgium. You will set up, operate, and monitor machines, coordinate a line of operators, and ensure quality through checks and documentation.

You will identify and report issues, work with technical service on larger faults, maintain 5S and safety, and contribute to continuous improvements in production efficiency and quality.

Job Description

We are looking for a line supervisor for the foil/packaging/labeling machine lineSetting up, operating, and monitoring the foil and packaging machines.Ensuring an efficient production process, according to the set standards and planning.Monitoring product quality; performing and recording quality checks.Coordinating team members on the line; directing and motivating operators.Identifying, reporting, and resolving minor malfunctions; collaborating with the technical service for larger issues.Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety on and around the workplace (5S).Performing administrative tasks, such as filling out production forms, providing reports, and checklists.Contributing to continuous improvements regarding the production process, quality, and efficiency.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: €19/hour (negotiable) + €8 net per day worked after 3 months
• Meal vouchers of 9 euros
• Working in 2 shifts with a premium of 0.64 per worked hour
