Accent Jobs for People NV is seeking a line supervisor for the foil/packaging/labeling machine line in Belgium. You will set up, operate, and monitor machines, coordinate a line of operators, and ensure quality through checks and documentation.

You will identify and report issues, work with technical service on larger faults, maintain 5S and safety, and contribute to continuous improvements in production efficiency and quality.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and monitor foil/packaging/labeling machines.
• Lead and coordinate line operators to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure product quality through checks and recordings.
• Report malfunctions and collaborate with technical service.
• Maintain 5S, safety, and workplace order.
• Complete production forms, reports, and checklists.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in process and quality.
