Innova Solutions seeks a Software Engineer Service to join one of its software teams focused on AI-centric applications. The role blends strong software engineering with practical AI practices, including LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.

This is hands-on work to build production-quality solutions and contribute to technical direction. You will design, implement, and evaluate AI-powered applications, collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, and help ensure secure, maintainable deployments in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Software Engineer, backend or full-stack.
• 1–2 years of experience integrating LLMs or generative AI services.
• Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector search and retrieval quality.
• Proficient in Python and cloud-native development.
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch; able to communicate trade-offs clearly.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Build backend services, APIs, and integrations for AI-centric apps.
• Design and improve retrieval pipelines with embeddings, vector search, and reranking.
• Work with LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks to build reliable workflows.
• Implement evaluation, testing, monitoring, and observability for AI apps.
• Help define safe patterns for tool use and human-in-the-loop approval.
• Collaborate with other engineers and product/business stakeholders.
• Support model and framework selection considering quality, cost, latency, and security.
