Job Description

Are you the key figure connecting production, engineering, and management? Do you enjoy leading a team and working towards efficient and high-quality production processes? Then this role as a Production Engineer in Panel Building is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8 internal panel builders and 5 external employees.
• Develop and monitor an efficient production schedule.
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse staff to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Support the panel builders with your technical and electrical expertise.
• Report progress to the engineering team and management, and collaboratively seek solutions for complex challenges.

Work Environment

You will join a specialist in panel building and electrical cabinets. All designs are created and manufactured internally in their own workshop, guaranteeing flexibility, craftsmanship, and top quality.

Candidate Profile

• Strong electrical knowledge in an industrial context; experience in panel building is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in French and English.
• Punctual, organized, and with good planning skills.
• Availability to start at 7:30 AM in the workshop.
