Job summary

MAT CZE Materialise SRO in Belgium seeks an experienced security architect to design secure cloud architectures and drive security across the SDLC. The role focuses on secure CI/CD, threat modeling, and audit readiness in a regulated environment.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement IAM, encryption, secrets management, data privacy by design, and risk-based controls, ensuring GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, system architecture, or application security.
• Experience leading architecture reviews and security decisions across teams.
• Experience implementing security controls (IAM, encryption, secrets management, network segmentation) in production.
• Knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and regulatory requirements such as GDPR/ISO27001.

Responsibilities

• Define and review secure system architectures for applications, services, and platforms.
• Design and guide the implementation of IAM, SSO, OIDC, SAML, and authorization models.
• Tenant isolation and access control, data protection, and key management.
• Secure CI/CD and software supply chain practices.
