Oliver James is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst for a high-visibility digital transformation programme in Brussels. The role bridges business users, IT, security and external partners to evolve a multi-module product with continuous new features.
You will own the product from business and functional perspectives, drive requirements, and model AS-IS / TO-BE processes while coordinating cross-stakeholder impact analyses and adoption efforts.

Join a long-term, high-visibility digital transformation programme supporting essential field operations. Work on a mission-critical mobile application combining Product Ownership, Business Analysis and Change Management. Act as the bridge between business users, IT, security teams and external technology partners. Contribute to the evolution of a product with multiple modules and continuous new feature releases. Work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment where your decisions have a direct impact on end users. Take ownership of requirements, processes, stakeholder alignment and product adoption.
You will take ownership of the product from a business and functional perspective, acting as the main point of contact for users and external partners. You will analyse business needs, define requirements and contribute to the design of new features and modules, including AS-IS / TO-BE process modelling in BPMN. You will coordinate stakeholders, impact analyses and product evolution while ensuring alignment between business, IT, security and external suppliers.
You are an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. You are comfortable translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented, with experience in process modelling, change management and user adoption.
