Oliver James is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst for a long-term digital transformation programme in Brussels. You will bridge business users, IT, security and external partners to evolve a multi-module product with new features and user adoption.

Product Owner / Business Analyst – The Job

You will take ownership of the product from a business and functional perspective, acting as the main point of contact for users and external partners.

You will analyse business needs, define requirements and contribute to the design of new features and modules, including AS-IS / TO-BE process modelling in BPMN.

You will coordinate stakeholders, impact analyses and product evolution while ensuring alignment between business, IT, security and external suppliers.

You are an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

You are comfortable translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You are autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented, with experience in process modelling, change management and user adoption.
