Taleo Consulting seeks an experienced Product Owner for our Data Platform to define the vision, roadmap, and priorities. You will work closely with business stakeholders, platform users, architects and engineers to ensure the platform evolves with business needs and strategic priorities.

You will own and prioritize the Product Backlog, translate priorities into actionable initiatives, and monitor KPIs to ensure measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Senior Product Owner/PM with data, analytics, AI, BI, or data governance experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and agile delivery skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the Data Platform vision, roadmap and priorities.
• Translate business needs into measurable product outcomes and initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders, align priorities and manage trade-offs.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog considering regulatory needs and capacity.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, architects and the Scrum Team.
• Monitor adoption, outcomes and platform KPIs.

As Product Owner of the Data Platform, you will define the vision, roadmap, and priorities for one of our client's key data assets. Working closely with business stakeholders, platform users, architects, engineers, and Personal Finance colleagues, you will ensure the platform evolves in line with business needs and strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the vision, roadmap, and priorities for the Data Platform
• Translate business priorities into clear product outcomes and actionable initiatives
• Engage stakeholders, facilitate alignment, and manage trade-offs
• Own and continuously prioritize the Product Backlog, balancing business demand, regulatory requirements, and delivery capacity
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, architects, and the Scrum Team
• Monitor platform adoption, product outcomes, and relevant KPIs

Profile:

Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner or Product Manager, with exposure to data, analytics, AI, BI, or data governance environments. Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience required.

Languages: English fluent required; French and Dutch are a plus.
