ING Belgium NV/SA is seeking a Product Owner to lead the Current Accounts squad, driving the evolution of account packs and ensuring the best customer experience within ING's risk framework.

You will manage the squad’s backlog, lead agile ceremonies, and work with stakeholders to shape the product. The role emphasizes customer focus, team coaching, and delivering end-to-end journey improvements.

Qualifications

• Backlog management experience in an enterprise product team.
• Strong stakeholder communication and alignment skills.
• Experience with agile ceremonies (Daily Stand Up, Sprint Planning, QBRs, retros).
• Proven track record as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Customer-centric approach with focus on value delivery.
• Analytical thinker capable of data-driven decisions.
• Leadership qualities to coach and develop team members.

Responsabilités

• Manage your squad’s backlog and priorities.
• Lead feature intake, stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder communications.
• Deep dive into Current Accounts domain and become ING’s expert.
• Shape the product direction and balance customer value with ING risk appetite.
• Ensure understanding of digital journeys and guide deliveries accordingly.
• Support team growth and cross-functional collaboration.
