ING is hiring a Product Owner for the Current Accounts squad in Belgium to drive the evolution of our current account packs and ensure customer value while balancing risk and commercial goals. You’ll lead backlog, coach the team, and collaborate with stakeholders to shape digital journeys, optimize processes, and deliver high-quality outcomes with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Business, Technology or Digital Product Management.
• Experience leading product backlogs and Agile ceremonies.
• Strong understanding of digital banking and current accounts.

Responsabilités

• Manage your squad’s backlog and lead Feature intakes, Stand Ups, Planning, stakeholder communication, and retros.
• Deep dive into Current Accounts and become ING’s next expert.
• Shape the product with customer at heart while balancing risk and commercial objectives.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality digital journeys.
