ACTIVITIES

As a Hybrid Product Owner/Business Analyst, your days will be deeply immersed in understanding and optimizing the operational landscape of mobile police applications. You will cultivate an expert-level knowledge of applications like FOCUS, understanding their business impact and functional intricacies from end-to-end. A significant part of your role involves meticulously gathering and analyzing user needs from field officers, translating their challenges and aspirations into clear, actionable functional requirements. You will serve as the crucial bridge between internal development teams and external partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment. You'll be adept at modeling both 'AS-IS' (current state) and 'TO-BE' (future state) processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), identifying opportunities for dramatic improvement. Coordinating comprehensive impact analyses for new features and changes will be key to managing dependencies and risks. Finally, you will provide essential change management support to end-users, including developing engaging training materials and creating clear, concise documentation to ensure smooth adoption and maximize the value of these critical mobile tools.
