Job summary

EEVEE Mobility is seeking a Product Owner/Manager to drive the roadmap from core B2B SaaS platform to new product areas. You will gather customer insights, work with operations and leadership, and frequently interact with fleet managers and drivers to shape the product.

You will read APIs, map data flows, and build prototypes with AI tools, validating concepts with partners and OEMs. A strong mix of product thinking and execution is required for this hybrid Diepenbeek role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Owner/Manager on a B2B SaaS product.
• Data-driven with ability to define and analyze metrics.
• Experience with APIs and data modelling; no translator needed.
• Ability to translate vision into actionable specs and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to deliver prototypes using AI tooling.

Job description

At EEVEE, the hard part is not the screens. It is the data behind them: charging data from vehicle manufacturers (OEMs), charge points and partner systems. That data must be correct to the cent for 800+ fleets.

This is a product role built for how software is made today. You do not write a ticket and wait. You read the API documentation, you write the query and you build a working prototype with AI tools. Then you validate it with a fleet manager, before engineering writes one line of production code.

When the direction is clear, you turn it into a specification that works: requirements, user flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria. Our engineers, and the AI coding agents they use, build from it without guessing. After release, you check the result against how the product is really used. Numbers settle what opinions cannot.

You get an established product that customers depend on, and the room to take it further: from scaling our core B2B SaaS platform to new product areas. You build the roadmap: you talk to customers, work with our operations team and find the problems worth solving and decide what we build next. You work closely with leadership, engineering, our commercial team and, most of all, our users: fleet managers and drivers.

What you will do

• Write specifications that build. Turn a problem into requirements, user flows, API and data contracts, edge cases and testable acceptance criteria. Engineers and AI coding agents build from them without guessing.
• Own the integrations and data flows. Read partner API documentation, map data between systems and find the edge cases: missing sessions, tariff changes, time zones, duplicates. Work directly with our integration partners and vehicle manufacturers (OEMs).
• Build to learn. Use AI coding tools to make working prototypes. Test them with fleet managers and drivers before engineering commits time.
• Check the numbers yourself. Define the metrics that matter, query our data with SQL and validate each decision against how the product is really used.
• Drive the roadmap. Turn customer insight, usage data and commercial input into product goals. Deliver them through tight scope management.
• Work with engineering every day. Stay available while work is in flight, accept or reject the result, and keep the delivery rhythm steady. You build prototypes; engineering owns production code.
• Keep the core strong. Protect the reliability, performance and relevance of what hundreds of fleets already depend on.
• Open new business. Shape new product areas, technology integrations and partnerships, together with our commercial team and key customers.

Job requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager on a B2B SaaS product, ideally in a start‑up or scale‑up.
• Strong functional analysis. Your requirements, flows and acceptance criteria leave our engineers nothing to guess.
• Data-driven: you define the metrics that matter and are able to analyze the data yourself. Experience in Fintech or with data-heavy products is a plus.
• At ease with APIs and data. You read API documentation, you discuss a data model or a trade‑off with engineers without a translator.
• You combine vision with execution: think big, act fast, prioritise ruthlessly, and know what it takes to scale a SaaS product.
• Able to deliver a working prototype that you built with AI coding tools (for example Claude Code, Cursor or Lovable).
• Good design judgement: you know what a clear dashboard for a fleet manager and a simple app for a driver look like. Having design experience in Figma is a plus but not a must.
• Passion for the EV ecosystem; experience with connected vehicle data or energy services is a plus.
• Clear and confident communication in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
