Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior Product Owner to shape and deliver SEPA Direct Debit services across creditor and debtor processes. You will manage the product backlog and coordinate payment connectivity with PSPs and multiple clearing and settlement houses, working with stakeholders across related payment products.

This role requires seven plus years of experience in payments, strong agile and project management skills, and the ability to align teams around shared goals.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of payments and receivables, including creditor and debtor needs.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and project management.
• Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Analytical and strategic thinking, with a structured, quality-minded approach and attention to detail.
• Clear communication, negotiation and persuasion skills for stakeholder discussions.
• Ability to align, coach and motivate people around shared goals.
• A customer-focused mindset and affinity with IT topics.
• Dutch or French (B2); English (B2).
• A Master's degree or equivalent experience.
