Job summary

Stream Software in Antwerp is seeking a product professional to shape our logistics software and manage the product backlog. You will translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional solutions, ensuring alignment with our product strategy.

You will work with developers, business analysts, and colleagues to oversee refinements, monitor progress, and make decisions when priorities change.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development, functional analysis, or an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Translate complex information into clear choices and feasible solutions.
• Communicate easily with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Job description

Want to help shape software that makes the world run faster? Turn complex needs into clear choices and concrete priorities.

Together with our Product Managers, you will manage and prioritize the product backlog. You will assess which developments create the most value and ensure alignment with our product strategy.

You translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional solutions. You ask critical questions, bring structure to the process, and ensure that items are ready for development.

You will oversee refinements and work closely with developers, business analysts, and other colleagues. You will monitor progress and be willing to make decisions when priorities change.

Quality assurance is an important part of your role. You establish testable acceptance criteria, thoroughly test new features before they go live, and work with the developers to ensure that every release is stable and reliable.

You gather feedback from partners and end users and incorporate it into the development process. You communicate clearly about priorities, scheduling, and the decisions that have been made.
