Materialise Software is seeking a Product Manager for ecommerce to drive the vision and execution of digital solutions supporting our software business. You will partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, and technology to align priorities and deliver measurable improvements in the customer journey.

You will translate business needs into clear product priorities, coordinate delivery with technical teams, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance and conversions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define the vision and drive the execution of digital solutions that support our software business. Working closely with technical experts and key stakeholders, you will translate business needs into clear product priorities, coordinate delivery with technical teams and partners, and use data and insights to continuously improve performance and the customer journey.

You will partner with teams across business, marketing, product, and technology to shape priorities, move initiatives forward, and deliver meaningful digital experiences for our customers.

What you’ll do

What you bring

• Experience in digital product management, digital experience, commercial platforms, or marketing technology
• Proven ability to lead digital initiatives from concept to launch
• Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys and software business environments
• Ability to connect business goals, user needs, and technical delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A hands-on, structured, and proactive way of working
• Comfort operating in a dynamic environment with a high level of ownership

Nice to have

• Experience with online buying journeys, self-service experiences, or conversion optimization
• Familiarity with digital sales enablement, lead-to-order flows, or customer lifecycle management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in software or technology-driven organizations
