Atumind is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the end-to-end product roadmap and sit on the management team, driving strategic direction for our industrial software platform.

You will lead the transformation of product management into a structured discipline, build a customer advisory board, and collaborate closely with engineering, sales and project management to deliver measurable growth. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, French is a plus, and the role is based at our Belgium HQ.

Qualifications

• At least five years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise or industrial software.
• Proven history of leading through influence without formal authority.
• Track record of taking a product from discovery and strategy through launch, adoption and iteration.
• Strong customer-discovery, analytical and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution; builder's role.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus.
• Willingness to be hands-on at our Belgium headquarters.

Our ambition is to extend that lead and become the reference industrial software platform globally.

To get there, we are looking for a Product Manager, a seasoned product leader to own the product roadmap end to end, sitting on the management team, and to bring Atumind's product management to the next level supporting our growth phase. This is not someone who manages a backlog. This is someone who is in the driver's seat, co-deciding where our product and Atumind go next.

Your impact

You sit at the intersection of customers, market and engineering, and you turn what you see there into a product strategy. You will:

• Own Atumind's product vision, strategy and positioning, and defend it against short-term pressure.
• Elevate product management from where it stands today into a structured, strategic discipline, with clear process, ownership and metrics.
• Turn customer needs and market developments into a focused, scalable product roadmap.
• Build and chair a customer advisory board, giving our best customers, already industry leaders in their own markets, a direct channel into what we build next.
• Talk to customers, prospects and users continuously to understand how manufacturing really works, on the floor and in the back office.
• Track how the market is moving, MES/WMS/WCS/MOM, industrial IoT, AI and connected manufacturing, and translate that into what Atumind should build, buy or ignore, staying ahead of where competitors are heading.
• Know what competitors are doing and use it to sharpen our positioning.
• Separate strategic product bets from one-off feature requests, and hold that line under pressure from customers and sales alike.
• Set priorities based on customer value, commercial potential and technical feasibility, and make the trade-offs explicit.
• Lead cross-functionally across Engineering, Sales and Project Management, aligning people who don't report to you around one roadmap.
• Represent product on the management team, with a direct voice in company strategy.
• Define success metrics and measure product adoption and impact, with numbers, not impressions.

What you bring

We are ambitious, so we set a high bar.

• At least five years of product management experience, including time owning strategy for a B2B SaaS, enterprise or industrial software product, not just running a roadmap for one.
• A track record of leading through influence: getting engineering, sales and leadership aligned on priorities without having formal authority over most of them.
• A proven history of taking a product from discovery and strategy through launch, adoption and iteration.
• Strong customer-discovery, analytical and prioritisation skills, and the judgment to say no.
• The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, this is a builder's role, not a slide‑deck role.
• Enough technical fluency to hold your own on integrations, APIs, data flows and architecture with engineering.
• Commercial awareness, a clear view of how product choices move growth, retention and scalability.
• The confidence to challenge assumptions, and make calls that won't please everyone.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a strong plus given our client base across Belgium and France.
• A frequent, hands‑on presence at our headquarters in Belgium, this is a role built on working closely, in person, alongside the team, not from a distance.

Experience with manufacturing, MES/WMS/WCS/MOM, industrial IoT or real-time production data is a real advantage, you'll be credible on the floor from day one.
