dualoop is seeking a Product Leader to join its Shape practice and drive client transformations around the product operating model. You will coach senior product leaders, embed new practices, and ensure sustainable change within client organisations.

You’ll work closely with diverse teams across Belgium and Europe, delivering outcomes, shaping engagements, and contributing to the growth of the dualoop community. Hybrid work with Brussels base is expected.

Qualifications

7-12 years of experience in product management, with solid experience in product leadership positions, including time spent developing other product people.
3 to 5 years of experience in a consulting firm is considered as a strong asset.
Master's degree in Business Engineering, Industrial/civil engineer or computer science

Responsabilités

Coach product people at client sites, including CPOs, Heads of Products, and Product Leads.
Embed the new product operating model and governance into client teams.
Drive adoption and change by mapping stakeholders, sequencing changes, and addressing resistance.
Manage client relationships and deliverables, ensuring outcomes align with engagements.
Grow the dualoop practice by improving frameworks and supporting hiring and onboarding.
