dualoop is seeking a Product Coach to join our Shape practice and work inside client transformations, helping organisations move from projects to products and grow product capability. You’ll coach Product Leads, PMs and Owners, embed new ways of working, and ensure governance and artefacts like briefs, framing and roadmaps are in place.

The role blends hands-on coaching with strategic change at scale. You’ll map stakeholders, sequence changes, manage resistance, and track adoption to ensure

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in product management, with solid experience as PM / Senior PM / Product Lead, including time spent developing other product people.
• English and French or Dutch fluent.

Responsabilités

• Coach product leaders and teams, guiding development of problem framing, discovery, briefs, prioritisation, and stakeholder management.
• Embed new ways of working and governance; run ceremonies and artefacts like product briefs, opportunity framing, prioritisation frameworks and roadmaps.
• Drive adoption, map stakeholders, sequence change, address resistance, and track outcomes for sustained client impact.
• Act as trusted counterpart to client leaders, influencing outcomes and ensuring coherence across engagements.
• Contribute to growing the dualoop practice through content, trainings, and onboarding of new consultants.
