Pauwels Consulting in Belgium is seeking a validation specialist to ensure end-to-end validation of new products across formulation, filling and packaging. You will prepare validation documentation, monitor batches, and support regulatory filings.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a scientific field, 1+ year experience in pharma production or regulated setting, strong organizational and analytical skills, and fluency in Dutch with good English.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proactive in communication and flexible mindset for priority setting in dynamic projects.
• 1+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical production environment or similar regulated setting.

Responsabilités

• Prepare validation documentation including protocols, batch records, and laboratory requests for new product introductions.
• Monitor validation batches in production and perform data verification for technical reports.
• Manage sample storage, distribution, and shipping while tracking result generation.
• Coordinate stability studies and provide necessary data for regulatory filings.
• Support project management for validation activities and conduct quality investigations.
• Implement changes and support the introduction of new products to the site.
