Base360.ai seeks a Product Engineer to shape AI-powered workflows across the short-term rental lifecycle. You’ll build customer-facing features, automation engines, and backend services, collaborating with founders, designers, and operators to ship reliable software.

You’ll own end-to-end delivery—from problem discovery to production. Expect to work across React, TypeScript, Python, and cloud integrations, turning complex workflows into intuitive experiences while advancing automation and AI

Qualifications

• Strong experience shipping production software.
• Ability to work across frontend and backend systems.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud architecture.
• Product mindset and curiosity about why users need a feature.

Responsabilités

• Understand customer problems and work with teams to identify high-value problems.
• Build products end-to-end from idea to production, including frontend, backend, testing, and deployment.
• Create intuitive user experiences in complex short-term rental operations.
• Develop event-driven automations that reduce manual work and errors.
• Build AI-powered features using LLMs and AI agents to automate workflows.
• Connect the ecosystem with reliable APIs and integrations (Airbnb, Stripe, OpenAI, etc.).
• Ship features that automate real-time reservations, pricing, cleaning, and reporting.
