Harmoney, a fast-growing fintech scale-up, seeks a Product Designer to shape the cloud-native SaaS platform and own its design system. You will work with Product and Engineering to craft intuitive experiences for users across Europe, validating ideas rapidly with AI-powered prototyping and translating designs into high-quality front-end components.

You will contribute to onboarding, KYC, CLM, TPRM, and HarmonAI while collaborating with Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI Designer in SaaS/B2B.
• Proficient with Figma including design systems, components, variants, and tokens.
• Experience with AI prototyping tools (Claude Design, v0, Bolt, Make, Framer AI).
• Experience designing for Angular apps and component libraries (PrimeNG).
• Collaborative with Product and Engineering in Agile sprints.

Responsabilités

• Own, maintain, and evolve the design system in Figma and align with PrimeNG.
• Design intuitive UX for the compliance platform across onboarding, KYC, CLM, TPRM, and HarmonAI.
• Create rapid prototypes using AI tools to validate ideas with users.
• Collaborate with Angular developers to translate designs into product experiences.
• Conduct lightweight UX research and gather user feedback.
• Help establish audience-capture practices with PM and Lead Analyst.
• Improve usability, consistency, accessibility, and overall UX across the platform.

As a Product Designer, you'll shape the user experience of our cloud-native SaaS platform and own the evolution of our design system. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to design intuitive user experiences, rapidly validate ideas, and deliver high-quality designs that make a real impact for customers across Europe.

Your impact

You'll play a key role in shaping how thousands of professionals interact with our platform every day.

From owning our design system and designing seamless UX to validating concepts through rapid AI-powered prototyping, you'll help create software that is intuitive, consistent, and scalable. You'll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to continuously improve usability while bringing new ideas to life in short development cycles.

What you'll do

• Own, maintain, and evolve our design system in Figma, keeping it aligned with PrimeNG

• Design intuitive user experiences for our compliance platform, including onboarding, KYC, CLM, TPRM, and HarmonAI

• Create rapid prototypes using AI design tools such as Claude Design, v0, Bolt, Make, or Framer AI to validate ideas with users

• Collaborate closely with Angular developers to translate designs into high-quality product experiences

• Conduct lightweight UX research and continuously gather user feedback to improve the product

• Help establish an audience-capture practice together with our Lead Product Manager and Lead Analyst

• Continuously improve usability, consistency, accessibility, and the overall user experience across the platform

You’ll thrive in this role if you...

• Are fluent in English

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI Designer in a SaaS or B2B environment

• Have advanced experience with Figma, including design systems, components, variants, and design tokens

• Have hands‑on experience with AI prototyping tools such as Claude Design, v0, Bolt, Make, or Framer AI

• Have experience designing for Angular applications and component libraries such as PrimeNG

• Have experience working closely with developers in Agile sprint environments

• Have a strong eye for visual design, typography, spacing, and hierarchy

• Communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders

Nice to have

• Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 AA and the European Accessibility Act

• Experience designing data-heavy or workflow-driven SaaS products

• Experience designing locale-aware interfaces for dates, currencies, numbers, and multilingual content

• Experience working in fintech, compliance, or enterprise software environments
