What you will work on:

• Identify opportunities for performance optimization by day-to-day monitoring of data relative to our door2gate and airport shuttle bus products; ensure the profitability of our routes in close collaboration with our Network Planning and Pricing-Yield departments. Propose action plans and ensure their implementation.
• Ensure continuous enhancement of the passenger experience by monitoring customer satisfaction and proposing and implementing action plans.
• Ensure our service providers maintain Flibco’s high-quality standards by performing regular quality control.
• Perform anti-fraud control on our network and provide a report.
