Shurgard Self Storage Belgium is seeking a Procurement Administration Manager to lead the PO team within the Finance department. You will ensure PO creation in SAP S/4 HANA, govern vendor master data, maintain product catalogues and drive cost controls with accurate 3‑way matching.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Legal, IS and other departments on system transformations, M&A support, and policy updates while supervising a small team and driving process improvements in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in accounting/finance/economics or equivalent experience.
Experience in system-driven procurement processes and improvements.
At least 7 years of accounting/controlling or relevant experience.
3+ years in financial management and leadership.
Experience with SAP MM/FI modules; SAP S/4 HANA familiarity is a plus.
Fluent in English and Dutch or French (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

Create and process POs in SAP S/4 HANA accurately and timely.
Govern vendor master data and ensure data integrity across systems (SAP, Ariba).
Maintain product catalogue mappings to GL accounts and tax codes.
Oversee PO lifecycle from creation to fulfilment and goods receipt.
Coordinate with FP&A, Tax, Legal, IS and HR for cross‑department processes.
Lead and develop a small Procurement Process Admin team.
Support group projects including system transformations and policy updates.
