Glowi Solutions seeks a Business Process Specialist to bridge the gap between the shop floor, processes, and digital innovation. You will move improvements from ideas into practical actions across offices and the head office, with energy for change and collaboration.

You will analyze processes, organize workshops, prioritize initiatives, and ensure projects are well-documented and implemented across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze existing processes and translate improvement opportunities into concrete actions.
• Experience running workshops and bringing together staff and stakeholders to streamline processes.
• Ability to gather business ideas, set priorities, and drive improvement initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Bridge between operations and business analysts to ensure clear project planning and documentation.
• Develop work instructions and process documentation that truly help colleagues move forward.
• Support new implementations, provide training, and assist staff during change initiatives.
• Deliver system trainings for new colleagues and visit multiple sites to gather needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues from different areas to embed improvements sustainably.
