Keystone Solutions zoekt een Process Technician voor een consultancy missie bij een klant ter plaatse. Als consultant vertegenwoordigt u Keystone Solutions terwijl u aan diverse projecten werkt die bijdragen aan duurzame praktijken in waterzuivering.

Verantwoordelijkheden omvatten toezicht op het slijkbehandelingsproces, hydrolyse en droging, rondes en rapportage. Vereiste kennis omvat elektromechanica en ervaring met onderhoud en administratieve taken.

Qualifications

• BA4 attest en basis industriële elektriciteit.
• Technisch sterk in elektromechanica en onderhoud.
• Verantwoordelijk voor nauwkeurige procesbewaking en rapportage.

Responsabilités

• Beheer van het slijkbehandelingsproces, thermische slijkhydrolyse en droging.
• Uitvoeren van rondes, monsters nemen, meetgegevens controleren en procesparameters bijsturen.
• Identificeren van elektrische en mechanische storingen en preventief onderhoud uitvoeren.

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Process Technician for a consultancy mission at a client site. As a consultant, you will be representing Keystone Solutions while working on diverse projects that contribute to sustainable practices in wastewater treatment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process of sludge treatment, thermal sludge hydrolysis, and drying.
• Conduct rounds, take samples, monitor measurements, and adjust process parameters as necessary.
• Utilize your strong knowledge of electromechanics to identify electrical and mechanical faults and perform preventive maintenance.
• Ensure thorough administrative follow-up and necessary reporting to maintain process integrity.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of electromechanics and electricity.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and willingness to handle administrative tasks.
• Availability to work in a day shift for the first three months, with potential rotation into a 5-shift system thereafter.
