Mansource Belgium seeks a Process Commissioning & Start-Up Supervisor to support the INEOS Project ONE in Antwerp. You will oversee field commissioning from Mechanical Completion through start-up and handover to Operations, with a strong focus on safe start-up and issue resolution.

You will collaborate with Construction, Operations, Engineering, E&I and other disciplines to ensure systems are technically ready for operation, perform walkdowns, and maintain commissioning documentation.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Process Commissioning & Start-Up experience in petrochemical facilities.
• Experience taking systems from Mechanical Completion to Operations handover.
• Strong knowledge of P&IDs, system boundaries, commissioning procedures, PTW/LOTO/SIMOPS.

Responsabilités

• Supervise systems through pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and handover.
• Perform and coordinate system walkdowns and commissioning procedures.
• Coordinate flushing, testing, and system preparation activities.
• Support plant start-up, utilities introduction and troubleshooting.
• Ensure safe execution per HSE, permits, and maintain commissioning records.
