INEOS Project ONE in Antwerp seeks a Commissioning Supervisor Process to lead the field end-to-end from Mechanical Completion through handover to Operations. You will supervise commissioning activities, coordinate with Construction, Engineering, E&I and Operations, and drive safe startup and process stabilization.

Extensive hands-on start-up experience in petrochemical plants is essential, with strong knowledge of P&IDs, PTW/LOTO and SIMOPS. English proficiency required; Belgian locale a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise process systems from Mechanical Completion through pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and handover to Operations
• Perform and coordinate P&ID and system walkdowns, punch-list follow-up, system checks and commissioning procedures
• Coordinate flushing, blowing, cleaning, drying, inerting, leak testing, reinstatement and system preparation activities
• Actively support plant start-up, introduction of utilities and hydrocarbons, process stabilisation and troubleshooting
• Ensure safe execution in accordance with HSE, Permit-to-Work, LOTO and SIMOPS requirements and maintain accurate commissioning documentation

Commissioning Supervisor Process

As a Process Commissioning & Start-Up Supervisor, you will support the commissioning and start-up of INEOS Project ONE in Antwerp, a major greenfield petrochemical project. You will have field responsibility for assigned process systems, taking them from Mechanical Completion through commissioning, start-up and handover to Operations. You will coordinate commissioning activities, ensure systems are technically ready for operation and work closely with Construction, Operations, Engineering, E&I and other disciplines. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on safe start-up, troubleshooting and process stabilisation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise process systems from Mechanical Completion through pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and handover to Operations
• Perform and coordinate P&ID and system walkdowns, punch-list follow-up, system checks and commissioning procedures
• Coordinate flushing, blowing, cleaning, drying, inerting, leak testing, reinstatement and system preparation activities
• Actively support plant start-up, introduction of utilities and hydrocarbons, process stabilisation and troubleshooting
• Ensure safe execution in accordance with HSE, Permit-to-Work, LOTO and SIMOPS requirements and maintain accurate commissioning documentation

Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on Process Commissioning & Start-Up experience within petrochemical, ethylene/olefins, refinery, Oil & Gas or comparable process facilities
• Demonstrable experience with actual plant start-ups and taking process systems from Mechanical Completion through to Operations handover
• Strong knowledge of P&IDs, process systems, system boundaries, commissioning procedures, punch listing and PTW, LOTO and SIMOPS requirements
• Good command of English; previous experience with ethylene/olefins plants, steam crackers or major greenfield petrochemical start-ups is a strong advantage
