Job summary

Toyota Motor Europe is seeking a Quality Audit professional to support manufacturing quality across European sites. You will conduct both internal and external audits, review control plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on shop-floor and documented reporting, with occasional travel to production sites. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor or Master in a related field, has experience in manufacturing or quality, and excels in

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (TME’s business language).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, engineering or audit.
• Basics of manufacturing processes, quality systems and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3.
• Interest in automotive regulations, type approval and COP requirements.
• Good analytical, communication and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented, patient and objective.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to production sites.
• Comfortable combining shop-floor activities with administrative office work, including document review, report preparation, record management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external process audits at various manufacturing sites.
• Review critical manufacturing controls, inspection frequencies, control plans, test records, calibration, operator qualification, change management, non-conforming product handling.
• Verify compliance with work instructions, inspection standards, control plans, quality rules and regulatory requirements.
• Report findings clearly and follow-up corrective actions with relative stakeholders.
• Review applicable regulatory requirements and assess their impact on manufacturing processes and on product conformity.
• Respond to authority inquiries by gathering relevant records, preparing supporting documentation with various departments.
• Develop plans and strategies towards enhancing manufacturing quality.

Education

Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, automotive, electrical or a related field
