DESOTEC Desotec NV in Belgium is seeking a Process Operator to ensure the optimal production of high‑quality regenerated carbon. You will start, monitor, and control plant equipment, and contribute to safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate holds a TSO diploma or equivalent, can read P&ID diagrams, speaks Dutch and English, and is eager to learn. The role offers 39‑hour weeks, day and afternoon shifts, and opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma: You hold at least a TSO diploma (Technical Secondary Education) or equivalent.
• Technical knowledge: Able to read technical and electrical diagrams (P&ID).
• Experience: Preference for candidates with experience as a process operator in an industrial environment.
• Languages: You speak Dutch and English well.
• Attitude: Analytical, eager to learn, and safety‑driven.

Responsabilités

• Ensure optimal production of high‑quality regenerated carbon.
• Start, operate, monitor, and shut down installations.
• Analyze and repair issues to keep production efficient.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and sustainability.
• Operate forklift safely throughout the production process.
